Proposal / Treatment Purpose Our music video is going to be heavily inspired by 80s music videos and will include effects, props and costumes that all originate from the 80s. It will start with the main character walking down the street, taking out a Walkman and listening to Everything She Wants by Wham! This is the song of choice for our music video. The beginning/intro sequence will be 16:9 aspect ratio and will be recorded with a standard DSLR camera. This will then transition into the standard aspect ratio used for visual media in the 80s: 4:3. When the ratio changes, the recorded footage will also be edited to look like VHS footage. The lighting throughout the video will be mostly bright and colour to mirror the stylistic nature of other 80s music videos.
